Allstar Therapies is seeking additional Registered Dietitian for our All@Home program. The All@Home program offers a core 4 synergy of health for clients including mobile Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy, Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutritional Coaching, Fitness and Group Exercise prescription, and Wellness programming. These services are brought to the individual client all within the comfort and safety of their own home to maximize their health and empower them to live a better lifestyle.

We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Registered Dietitians to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutritional Coaching for patients based on their goals and medical needs. Additionally, our Registered Dietitian will assist in marketing and advertising for our unique service model and should be comfortable communicating with all entities of the healthcare team including Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and other Therapy staff members. We are seeking an individual that can foster relationships with patients, medical offices, and community centers to advocate for their profession and services. Additionally, our Registered Dietitian will have opportunities to lead community-based classes and educational programs as they relate to Nutritional practice. There will be opportunities to build and create unique, quality nutritional programming not only for individuals, but also for our community partners and fitness facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Human Nutrition, Food Nutrition, or Food system management from an accredited college or university.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics as required by the applicable state.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides Registered Dietitian services in one or more sites, including client’s homes, according to policies and procedures, and federal and state requirements.
2. Provides nutritional services and nutritional guidance to contracted partners and mutual clients.
3. Supports All@Home geographic region with Registered Dietician services via in-person visits and/or tele-visits when allowed per federal, state, and insurance requirements.
4. Assists the All@Home rehab coordinator in administrative tasks (i.e. collecting paperwork, audits of applicable paperwork, billing, documentation, marketing, etc).
5. Updates diet orders and menu changes as required and when applicable.
6. Conducts audits of relevant nutritional care on a routine basis through documentation.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
• Ability to utilize technology in a competent manner in order to complete billing and Telehealth visits.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft word, excel, and teams or a comparative product.
• Some travel may be expected.
